This process was so easy and the staff was awesome, Mallory is amazing she made my baby feel so comfortable throughout the beginning of the process. Dr. Chapman is a man of few words, but very detailed in explaining the process. Kelsey was also very sweet and explained everything to my baby as she was working. I was very impressed with the staff overall and looking forward to working with Graf.

I love Graf so much! They have the BEST customer service and the staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable .I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends.

We went there today to get a consult for my daughter to see if she needed braces and everyone there was so sweet . They made the process super easy and the payment plans are very reasonable. My daughter was so excited as she had no idea they would put her braces on the same day . She walked out of there a very happy girl . Thank you all so much 🫶🏼

Very pleasant staff. With anxiety of dentist offices, I felt so relaxed talking to them and they answered all of my questions and took time with me. 5 stars and then some!

Everyone treated me as if I was the most important person in the room. It made me feel so special, as I am not used to being given that type of customer service by anyone. I was absolutely amazed. Jessica is amazing! She explained everything to me thoroughly and was very patient and understanding with all the questions I had for her. She made my experience the best it could be.

Graf Orthodontics is such a wonderful experience every single time my son who has braces, and I go for his visits! We enjoy the doctors and the technicians and assistants great service. They’re always nice to us and explain to us what we need to do for my son’s teeth to stay straight and healthy! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Our recent visit left me speechless bc I should’ve had to pay over $200 in bracket fees and the orthodontist showed my son and I grace and just reiterated how important it is that my son not to do anything else that would break a bracket! . Very friendly environment

Mallory and Kaitlyn both did an amazing job today helping my daughter with her consult. There were no questions left unanswered and if we hadn’t thought about a question they answered it too. They were both very super helpful and we left there knowing exactly what we were getting into. dr. Cloud was also very helpful

EVERYONE at this office is friendly and efficient! Dr. Graf thoroughly explains the process of getting either regular wire braces or Spark aligners. The assistants are all very knowledgeable and excellent at performing adjustments, scans, etc. I DEFINITELY recommend this practice, and have already done so to family and friends!
