Monday – Thursday: 8 am – 12:45 pm, 1:45 pm – 5 pm
Friday: 8 am – noon
Our mission at Graf Orthodontics is to provide the highest standard of care in a friendly and welcoming environment. In doing so we hope to be a positive influence in the lives of all those we are blessed enough to touch. By creating beautiful smiles, we hope to improve our patients’ appearances and their self-esteem, setting them up for success in both their personal and professional lives.
We appreciate how valuable your time is, so we’ve built our practice with that value in mind. Our office utilizes a distinctive scheduling system that organizes different procedures throughout the day to improve timeliness. We take great pride in the fact that our patients are rarely kept waiting beyond their appointed time. Therefore, we appreciate a minimum notice of 24 hours for rescheduling.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
Regular checkups with your general or pediatric dentist are critical during orthodontic treatment. Braces make it more difficult to detect cavities. Therefore, regular cleanings and cavity checks are encouraged during treatment.
